Cameron, our owner, has nearly 10 years of experience in working at hotels. He not only understands what hotel owners are looking for, he also knows what hotel guests like to see in pictures.
We don't just take pictures of your hotel, we document your guest's future experiences. When people travel, they no longer are just looking to stay at a hotel, but experience where they are traveling to. They want to experience the city, the food, the culture and more. Whether they are traveling on leisure or business, they now expect their hotel to meet their needs. Leisure guests love to see what they can do at your hotel, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, restaurants & other amenities they may find entertaining. The business traveler likes to see how their hotel can make their life more convenient, like a business center, grab-and-go breakfast, a work desk & WiFi. So if your hotel adds to that overall experience, you will win that guest over another hotel - help guests plan their overall experience by providing great photography of your property.
We like to think of ourselves as digital storytellers. We do this by putting ourselves in your guest's shoes and take photos of things the guest would like to see. Whether it is a closeup of a room's unique feature or shows the hotel bar's signature cocktail - it shows the guest what to expect during their hotel stay. We document everything from the moment the guest arrives to when they checkout (not literally, of course) - so the guest knows what to expect during their stay. This storytelling is not only effective marketing, but creates a unique look and feel for your hotel - which guests love to see!
We all know the old idiom 'One Picture Speaks a Thousand Words' - which can be interpreted as an imagine having multiple meanings. Which couldn't be truer for hotels - everyone has a different way of interpreting the image. In this case, it helps transport the guest to the hotel - virtually. Good imagery does a great job with giving guests that emotional response - which results in the guest booking the hotel. Hotels that have good imagery are not only booked more often, they are viewed more positively by guests online.

Boutique Hotel Now Has Great Photos
Last month (March), Cameron and his team photographed our small 25 room boutique hotel. They were so quick and we are so impressed with the results that I have already recommended them to other property owners that I know. Next time when we need to photograph our hotel, or even our home when we decide to sell it, I will work with Cameron. One thing I would say they could improve on is communication with my staff - housekeeping didn't know they were done shooting the rooms. Cameron apologized and assured he will work on improving his communication skills.
